Operational and educational scope

Rylign HealthOps provides operational workflow support and advisory services. It does not provide legal advice, clinical advice, formal coding compliance opinions, payer-contract negotiation, reimbursement-rate negotiation, or guarantees of coverage, authorization, reimbursement, payment, denial reduction, or financial return. Content and recommendations do not replace payer rules, contracts, coverage documents, qualified counsel, or credentialed review when those authorities are required.

No guarantee of outcome

Rylign does not guarantee reimbursement, authorization, coverage, denial overturn, revenue recovery, financial return, regulatory compliance, or a particular operational result. Outcomes depend on facts, payer decisions, contracts, documentation, timely execution, and factors outside Rylign's control.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for internal business or individual professional use unless the product listing states otherwise. Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, sublicensed, or represented as the purchaser's original product. Buyers are responsible for validating and adapting all templates to their organization, payer requirements, policies, contracts, systems, and applicable law.

Consulting engagements

A consulting engagement begins only after the parties confirm the service, scope, timing, deliverables, payment, and data-handling expectations in writing. Work outside the confirmed scope may require a separate agreement or fee. Availability requests are not confirmed appointments until Rylign replies with written confirmation.

Data and PHI

Do not submit PHI, patient-identifiable information, passwords, portal credentials, or confidential records through public tools, checkout notes, or unsecured email. If sensitive information is necessary for an agreed engagement, the parties must establish appropriate agreements and an approved secure method before transmission.

Payment and third-party services

Payment, digital delivery, hosting, email, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their terms may also apply. Prices and scope details shown on the website may be updated prospectively; a confirmed written scope controls an active engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or products, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, submit unlawful material, or use Rylign resources to make decisions without required human review and controlling-source validation.
